Making a complaint
If you have a concern about Beam Solar, your estimate, your personal information, or an installer introduction, email support@beamsolar.co.nz with your name, contact details, property address, and a description of the issue.
We'll acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to give a full response within 10 business days.
If your complaint relates to installation work, workmanship, product supply, electrical certification, warranties, or a final installer quote, the installer may be primarily responsible, and we may refer the issue to them and work with them to resolve it.
